\n Starting Salary: $18.00 per hour/$36,270 annually\n
\n Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends. \n

\n\n Customer Interaction: Manage incoming calls and support glass claims, locksmith services, and tow truck requests. \n
\n Problem Resolution: Resolve customer concerns ensuring a positive experience. \n
\n Meaningful Impact: Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions. \n

\n\n What We’re Looking For: \n
\n\n Experience: Customer-facing experience preferred. \n
\n Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred. \n
\n Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills. \n
\n Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms. \n
\n Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals (preferred)\n
\n Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. \n
